If you're looking for a venue with plenty of space for dancing or celebrating, consider the Mahan Building or Fine Arts Building, located on the Fayette County Fairgrounds. The Mahan Building can host up to 420 people comfortably. The Fine Arts Building has table seating for groups up to 230 people. For a smaller, cozy gathering, the School House on the fairgrounds, has seating available for up to 50 people.

Octa Community Building

Modular building with tables, chairs, a full-size kitchen, and serving counter. Perfect for smaller events such as birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, and family dinners. Available upon request to residents of the Village of Octa and non-residents. Rental cost is $0 for residents and $125 for non-residents. Refundable deposit of $25 due upon reservation.

The Depot on Main

This old railroad freight depot located on South Main Street in Washington Court House, was built in the mid-late 1800's and is now home to a truly unique, one-of-a-kind event space.
